Delivery instructions
In case you are out, do you have any alternative delivery instructions that would be helpful. For example, could the courier leave the box at your house - by the door, in the porch or any other convenient place - or with a neighbour? The reason we ask is that if the couriers can't deliver after two attempts, it goes back to their regional depot - and sometimes returns all the way back to us. Highlands and Islands
We can deliver to all the British Isles, the Scottish Highlands and Ireland. Our normal charge of £8.50 per order only applies to England & Wales and Southern/Central Scotland (except Highlands). The charge for an order to Inverness, for example, would be £18.50. The charge for the Isle of Wight is £14.50 per order.

Our website is hosted by Shopcreator plc on their secure servers and payments are processed by "Sage Pay" so your credit/debit card details and any other information are totally safe. The padlock image in the bottom bar of your browser when you place items in the shopping cart and the pages beyond is a sign that tells you that you are ordering on secure pages. An additional sign is the fact that the URL in the address bar changes from http: to https: Shopcreator's servers use 128 bit encryption which is the highest level of security available on any e-commerce site.
