THE BEST OF POLISH POTTERY - shop and cafe open Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sundays 11am to 4pm
145 HIGH ST, LEWES, BN7 1XT - 01273 483449
Since 1997, we have imported this beautiful, hand-decorated, 'eyespot' stoneware from Boleslawiec in Poland. Our range of tableware and kitchenware is chosen from all the potteries in the Boleslawiec region.
We moved to new premises and opened our cafe and shop in May 2010. Homemade cakes, brownies, croissants and other pastries are served all day.
LEWES is the most historic and picturesque town in Sussex and well worth a visit. Please click on the 'Lewes shop' button for more visitor information.
Anna & Will Rogers started importing pottery from Boleslawiec in November 1997. It was originally shipped by sea from the Polish Baltic port of Gdynia - hence our name, Baltic Trader!
We charge a maximum of £9.50 for packing and delivery within all of England, Wales and Southern/Central Scotland. Please allow up to ten days for us to pack your order and to arrange delivery to you. It is always helpful if you could give us alternative delivery instructions in case there is no one in to sign for the package when the courier arrives.
We can now deliver to Eire and Northern Ireland. The charge is £18.50 per order - the same as for the Scottish 'Highlands & Islands'. Delivery to the Isle of Wight is £14.50. Please click on the button 'Ordering and Shipping' for more information or call us at our Lewes shop (01273 483449).
